Advantage A:
Example of improving product quality: Oxalic acid reaches electronic grade standard. (Note: need to combine upstream and downstream processes) Crystals can reach more than 1mm, and the crystal form is complete and the size is uniform ; there will be no crystallization scars and crystal blocks and powder phenomenon, thus avoiding the phenomenon of clogging caused by crystals, crystal scars, crystal blocks in the production process , as well as various safety hazards (such as dust explosions, etc.) brought about by dust, to protect the production plant and personnel safety.

Small footprint. Take the oxalic acid crystallization device with an annual output of 100000 tons for example, it covers an area of only 500 ㎡, while compared with the traditional batch crystallization, the traditional batch crystallization tank needs 10,000 ㎡, the former only occupies 1/20 of the footprint.

Reduce labor. The whole device adopts highly automated computer control, and only requires 1 person to operate it after smooth start-up. Significantly reduce labor and avoid the uncontrollable risks brought by human operation.
