Advantage A: --- The first in the industry: A new program using continuous cooling crystallization to replace traditional melt crystallization, solves problems in the traditional melt crystallization of caprolactam such as high energy consumption and impuritie, improves the product quality of caprolactam in the crystallization section, and significantly reduce the energy costs brought about by high temperature melting and cooling.

Take the caprolactam crystallization device with an annual output of 100000 tons for example, it covers an area of only 500 ㎡, while compared with the traditional batch crystallization, the traditional batch crystallization tank needs 10,000 ㎡, the former only occupies 1/20 of the footprint.
