Nickel Solution Crystallizer Equipment Technology
The nickel sulfate feed liquid is concentrated in a falling film evaporator, driven by a single-stage mechanical vapor recompression (MVR) fan. The concentrate is then fed into a draft tube baffle (DTB) type crystallizer, where nickel sulfate hexahydrate crystals are produced. The plant uses multiple washing steps to ensure the production of ultra-high purity crystals, which are dried in a fluidized bed dryer and sold in bulk bags.
The specific process is adjusted according to the different situations of customers.
